In 2000, I had a problem. My regular Heating A/C contractor had given himself a heart attack shoveling snow late that winter. A long standing client of mine in Forest Hill had finally decided to remove the electric baseboard heaters from the second floor apartment of his income property as it was costing him about $1500 per month to heat the place.

He called me to sort out what could be done. The next door neighbor had had good luck with a chap called Andrew Nowak and told me to give him a call.

It was to my great and good fortune that I did.

Andrew arrived and sorted out that a Space Pak unit could just fit in a very tight attic space with a very few modifications (we had to raise the collar ties and notch a rafter or two). He installed the gas line up an obscure part of the exterior wall and supplied the unit.

It was done in a couple of days, on time and on budget.

The client was impressed and I was impressed.

Since then Andrew has been my main man for HVAC.

He is licensed, he is smart as a whip, cheerful and can get the job done with a minimum of fuss and at a good price.

Andrew and I have worked together on about 40 projects since that time and on each one the work has been completed both to my clients’ satisfaction and my own.

I cannot recommend him highly enough.
